You can add a new Scale question to your form, which is useful for collecting responses that are limited to a fixed scale. Each option can contain symbols, numbers, text, and emojis.

Using Slash Commands
- Click on the empty line in your form where you'd like to add the new scale question.
- Type the following slash command:
/scale - A drop-down menu will appear. Select "Scale" from the list provided.
- Your new question will appear. You can now modify elements like the question title and hint.
- Configure your scale question by clicking the configuration panel on the right-hand side of your new field.
Using Action Buttons
- Click on the empty line in your form where you'd like to add the new scale question.
- Select the "Add questions" (clipboard) button on the left-hand side of your form editor
- A default question will appear. Modify the question type by clicking on the drop-down menu provided on the right.
- From here, you can also customize the question that appears, such as changing the question title & description text.
- Configure your scale question by clicking the configuration panel on the right-hand side of your new field.
