Is there any way for multiple people to complete a form?
### Configuring Behavior

Paperform allows individual respondents to [Save and Resume](https://paperform.co/help/articles/save-and-return-for-forms/) forms. However, this feature is localized, which means there isn’t currently a feature to allow multiple people to complete one form submission.

A workaround that many of our customers use is to:

 1. Create a form for each section that you need to be completed by a particular role/dept/person.
 1. Have an email response auto-sent to the next role/dept/person upon completing each form (section) with a link to the following form (section).
 1. Continue this until you have all your info captured.

One challenge with this method is that the results of each section become fragmented, corresponding to each form, rather than joining together in your submissions data. Fortunately, an easy fix is to auto-send the results to Google Sheets to put them all in one place, or to make use [form-to-form pre-filling](https://paperform.co/help/articles/pre-filling-guide/), available on select plans.
