Paperform is not HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant at this time.

### Future plans

We may introduce a HIPAA-compliant form solution for [Enterprise users](https://paperform.co/help/articles/what-is-paperforms-enterprise-plan/) at some point in the future. There is no official timeline for this yet, but you may [sign up for our newsletter](https://newsletter.paperform.co) for the first word on any updates.
