With the Dropbox direct integration, it is now easy to integrate your forms.

## Actions

We support the following action(s):

 - Upload files

## Connect your Dropbox account

 1. From the form editor, go to After Submission → Integrations & Webhooks.
 1. Under "Direct Integrations" select "Dropbox".
 1. Select an action.
 1. Click "Add Account +" and follow the prompts to connect your Dropbox account.
 1. If successful, your account will be connected and automatically selected in the action.
 1. Continue setting up the action, if desired.

You can remove or rename your Dropbox account at any time in your [account settings](https://paperform.co/account/integrations/).

## Set up an integration action

Let's cover uploading files to your Dropbox.

### Upload files

For required fields, you must select

 - **Folder** — Choose the folder in your Dropbox that you want to upload the file(s) to.
 - **File(s)** — Choose the file(s) you'd like to upload to the above folder.

Optionally, you may set

 - **Filename prefix** — Set a prefix for your files.
 - **File Path Fragment** — Set a path (i.e. a folder) for your files to go into (e.g. `{{ submission_id }}/`)

The two options above behave similarly, but do have a critical difference: a prefix modifies the filename while the path fragment will place the files into a folder. You can even use both at the same time.

## G otchas

 - Team/ Shared folders aren't supported for use with our integration. You may only use folders that your Dropbox account owns.
 - Folder/ File Path Fragments cannot contain trailing whitespace - errors of this nature are represented as "409".
