How do I add images to a form?

To add images to your form, follow our step-by-step instructions below:

### Using slash commands

 1. On a blank line in the form editor, type `/image` and select "Image" from the popup menu. Take care not to select "Image Upload."
 1. The image selection window will appear. You can drag images saved to your computer on top of this window to upload them or click inside the frame to choose an image to upload. You can also upload images from [Unsplash](https://paperform.co/help/articles/how-can-i-add-images-to-my-form-with-unsplash/) and [Adobe Creative Cloud](https://paperform.co/help/articles/adobe-creative-cloud-app-integration-overview/).
 1. Choose an image. This may take a moment to upload and optimize.

### Using action buttons

 1. In the form editor, click the line where you want to add an image.
 1. Click the "Add picture" icon to the left.

### Formatting and editing Images

After you've chosen an image, you can access a range of formatting options by clicking on it.

You can also use our [built-in image editor](https://paperform.co/help/articles/can-i-edit-my-images/) to crop, adjust levels, or add annotations to your images. Click on the image, then click the pencil icon in the popup menu to edit it.
