How do I send a document in Papersign?
### Papersign

Once you've [previewed your document](https://paperform.co/help/articles/getting-started-with-papersign/#previewing-your-document) and are happy with your setup, you're ready to request signatures!

### Is my document ready to send?

In order to send a document, *each signer* must have:

 - A name
 - A valid email address
 - At least [one assigned field](https://paperform.co/help/articles/papersign-field-types/)

If you have any signers that don't meet these requirements, or if you don't have any signers at all, you will see an error message explaining the issue. ## How do I send my document?

To send a document, click the "Send" button on the top-right corner of the editor.

If the sending requirements are met, a final pop-up will appear to confirm the signature requests.

This gives you a chance to double-check the names and emails of all signers and finalize the following settings:

 - Signing order
 - Configured behavior
 - Emails
 - Automatic reminders

## What happens after sending?

When you hit the final "Send" button, you will be taken to your document's Details page.

From here, you can view the [signer status](https://paperform.co/help/articles/what-does-a-signers-status-mean-in-papersign/) of each participant, modify reminders and expiration times, track document activity, and view the document in its most current state. ## How do I send multiple documents at once?
