How do I add multiple choice questions to my form?
### Field Types

Ask your audience to choose from a range of options, [add images to the options](https://paperform.co/help/articles/can-multiple-choice-options-have-images/), allow them to select more than one option, and change the field appearance! To add a [Multiple Choice](https://paperform.co/widgets/multiple-choice/) field to your form, follow our step-by-step instructions below:

### Using slash commands

 1. On a blank line in the form editor, type `/multiple` and select "Multiple Choice" from the popup menu.

 1. Enter details for the question title and description.
 1. Select the question to open the right-side Configuration panel to set up question-specific behavior, such as choosing more than one answer and [Conditional Logic](https://paperform.co/help/articles/how-do-i-configure-question-logic/).

### Using action buttons

 1. In the form editor, click the line where you want to add a multiple choice question. Click the quick action plus icon then "Add questions", or click the *Add another question* button below a previous question.

 1. Select "Multiple Choice" from the question type dropdown on the right of the new question.

 1. Enter details for the question title and description.
