How do I add a tax ID?
### Billing & Payments

If you are looking to add a tax ID to your Paperform account, there is an option to do so within your account settings. Here's how to add one:

**Instructions:**

 1. Navigate to your [Account Billing](https://paperform.co/account/billing/) settings. This is located under **Account Settings** in the top right of your screen > **Billing**
 1. **If you are already a paying customer, scroll down and select "Billing Portal".** Here you can manage your cards, billing address, tax IDs and also download invoices and receipts.

 1. **If you're not yet a paying customer**, select the correct product (**Paperform** or **Papersign**) and follow the prompts to set up your subscription.
 1. You will be taken to the Billing Portal. Confirm your subscription type and fill in your billing address, including your VAT . The VAT option will appear once you select your country.
 1. Complete the relevant fields, ensuring they are accurate to the best of your ability. Once you're good to go, click **Update**.
 1. Follow the prompts to finalize your subscription, and any applicable tax rate will be listed on the left of your checkout screen.

That's it! You've successfully added a tax ID to your Paperform subscription. To update, remove, or replace this at any time - all you need to do is head to the "Billing Portal" in the [Billing](https://paperform.co/account/billing/)section of your Account Settings.
