How can I change the Active Color?

The Active Color affects many elements of your form, including buttons, selected answers, typed answers, and links. You can change the Active color from the Theme & Appearance menu, which is accessible in the Question panel.

You can choose to [set a specific color for typed answers](https://paperform.co/help/articles/can-i-make-active-color-of-answer-text-different-from-the-active-color-of-question-selection/) as well, if you don't want this to match Active Color. If you're on specific [pricing plans](https://paperform.co/pricing/) and your form is in Standard Mode (not One-at-a-time mode - previously [Guided Mode](https://paperform.co/help/articles/how-do-i-configure-guided-mode/)), then you also have the option to set a specific color for the [submit button](https://paperform.co/help/articles/how-to-change-the-submit-button-wording-and-styling/) and/or [pagination buttons](https://paperform.co/help/articles/can-i-change-the-style-of-my-pagination-buttons/).
