How big should my form icon be?
### Appearance & Theming

The icon for your form should be at least 512 x 512 pixels. The image you choose will be used anywhere that identifies your form's webpage. This includes tabs, bookmarks, toolbar apps, history results, search bars, and when the form is saved to the home screen on mobile devices.
