What size image should I use for the cover image?
### Appearance & Theming

Cover images are used when sharing on social media, and the recommended size will vary depending on which platforms you are sharing to. Check out our article on [adding cover images](https://paperform.co/help/articles/add-a-cover-image/) for instructions on how to add them to your forms. Overall, we recommend cover images that are 600 x 400 pixels in size as this will cover the recommendations for many social media platforms. The recommendations for specific platforms are listed below:

### Sharing on Facebook

 - 1.91:1 aspect ratio.
 - 1200 x 630 pixels for high-resolution displays.
 - 600 x 315 pixels for posts with larger images.
 - Images smaller than 600 x 315 pixels will be displayed as a thumbnail.

Check out [Facebook's documentation](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/images/) for more information.

### Sharing on LinkedIn

 - 1.91:1 aspect ratio.
 - 1200 x 627 pixels for posts with larger images.
 - Images smaller than 200 pixels wide will be displayed as a thumbnail.

### Sharing on Twitter

 - 2:1 aspect ratio.
 - 4096 x 4096 pixels maximum size.
 - 300 x 157 pixels minimum size.
 - [Twitter recommends](https://business.twitter.com/en/help/campaign-setup/creative-ad-specifications.html) 800 x 418 pixels (1.91:1 aspect ratio) for ads. This is a good size for cover images.
