Can I limit the number of options that can be chosen for a Dropdown question?
### Field Types
        ![(iframe)](https://www.loom.com/embed/329918bdfb614d51a341332b5e48cc43?hide_owner=true&hide_share=true&hide_title=true&hideEmbedTopBar=true)

You can choose to accept multiple answers with a Dropdown question, but you can't specify an exact number (like "at least 3 selected," "exactly 4," or "between 2 and 5"). If you would like to set a specific minimum and/or maximum number of answers, try [using a Multiple Choice field instead](https://paperform.co/help/articles/can-i-limit-the-number-of-options-that-can-be-chosen-for-a-multiple-choice/).

### Field configuration

 1. Click the desired dropdown field in the editor to open the configuration panel.
 1. Toggle on "Can choose more than one answer."
