### Without using slash commands

 1. From the form editor, select a blank line outside any questions or question groups.
 1. Click the + icon that appears to the left and select "Add Question" from the options that appear.
 1. Select the question field type (default is `Text`) and change it to `Yes / No.`

Alternatively, you can click "Add another question" when it appears below an existing field, then change the question field type to `Yes / No.`

## Gotchas

 - The options for "Yes" and "No" can only be modified using a [form translation](https://paperform.co/help/articles/how-do-i-select-a-translation-for-a-specific-form/).
