How do I add images to products?

Want to show off your products? You can add images to Product fields to showcase them to your customers.

 1. To add images to products:
 1. [Add a Products field](https://paperform.co/help/articles/add-and-configure-products/) to your form.
 1. Click the question field to display the Question Panel.
 1. Add your product names and details by clicking on the "Manage Products" button within the Question Panel to bring up the Product Menu.
 1. Select a product from the left that you want to add images to.

 1. Under the "Images" section of the product, click the "Add Images +" button to upload image(s) for the product. You can upload multiple images to your products and re-order them. The first image will be used as the primary image for that product.
 1. (Optional) Under the "Appearance" tab in your Question Panel, you can [choose different layouts for your products](https://paperform.co/help/articles/how-can-i-display-the-list-of-products/) to showcase your images by clicking on the "Choose Layout" button.

### Image Guidelines

Product thumbnails are displayed with the following aspect ratios, depending on the layout:

 - List: 1:1
 - Card: 42:19
 - Gallery: 1:1

Images can be expanded by hovering over the thumbnail and clicking the icon that appears in the top right of the thumbnail. The expanded image will display in the same aspect ratio as the original image.

### Editing your product images

After you've uploaded your product images, you can use the [built-in image editor](https://paperform.co/help/articles/can-i-edit-my-images/) to adjust levels, crop, resize, or even add annotations to them. Hover over the image in the Products tab, then click the pencil icon to open the image editor.
